Our role is to provide a steady, discreet point of continuity — coordinating the practical pieces around your move and connecting you with the right independent professionals when specialist advice is required. From arrival and administration to housing, healthcare, banking, transport and everyday life, we help keep the process clear, organized and moving forward.
We support individuals, couples, families, academics, entrepreneurs and retirees across France, adapting our coordination to each client’s priorities, location and stage of transition. Our aim is simple: less friction, more clarity and a stronger sense of belonging.

"Bonjour! I’m Cécile, founder of Haven in France. I’m Franco-British, bilingual, and I help Americans and international clients turn their plans for France into a life that is clear, grounded and thoughtfully supported.
Before creating Haven, I spent 17 years running a communications consultancy, working with European brands and international partners. That experience taught me how much clarity, trust and coordination matter when people are navigating complex decisions.
I founded Haven because I believe that building a life in France should feel like creating the life you have chosen — not like navigating a maze of disconnected systems, unfamiliar processes and professionals.
Haven was designed as one trusted point of coordination in France. We help bring together the practical pieces around relocation, property, administration, healthcare, banking, transport and everyday life, while connecting clients with the appropriate independent professionals whenever specialist legal, tax, financial or other regulated advice is required.
My role is to bring continuity, local understanding and calm coordination to the process, so that you can make informed decisions, feel supported throughout the transition and focus on the life you are coming to France to build.
